1. Purpose

Pronocast provides win probabilities produced by a statistical model, for professional tennis matches on the ATP, WTA, Challenger and ITF tours, in singles and doubles. Using the service means accepting these terms.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

The published probabilities are statistical estimates. They guarantee no outcome. A match given at 95% is lost roughly once in twenty, and that is a correctly calibrated model behaving as it should, not a failure.

Pronocast is neither betting advice nor investment advice. The service does not take, collect or pass on any bet, and is not connected to any operator. Any decision to bet is yours alone, and any money staked is staked at your own risk.

The model's past accuracy is published in the application and updated automatically. It describes the past and does not determine future results.

3. Access and accounts

Access to the dashboard requires an account. You agree to provide a valid email address, to keep your password confidential, and to tell us about any unauthorised use of your account.

The service is for adults only. Gambling is prohibited for minors.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

4. Availability

Pronocast undertakes to use reasonable means to keep the service available and the published information accurate, without being able to guarantee continuous availability or permanent accuracy.

Sports data comes from a third-party provider, api-tennis.com. An interruption, a delay or an error on its side can leave some information temporarily unavailable or inaccurate. Where that happens we correct it within a reasonable time once we know about it. Please check anything that looks wrong to you before acting on it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance or to improve the model.

5. Prohibited uses

• Extracting the published probabilities automatically or systematically, by scraping in particular, or reselling and redistributing them.
• Circumventing access restrictions, or attempting to reach other people's accounts.
• Disrupting the service or the infrastructure hosting it.

A breach may lead to the suspension or deletion of the account concerned, without notice.

6. Personal data

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

7. Responsible gambling

Gambling carries risks of debt, isolation and dependency. In France, help is available on 09 74 75 13 13 (Joueurs Info Service, free of charge, every day from 8 am to 2 am).

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and any substantial change will be flagged in the application.

9. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts.
