1. Seller and scope

These terms govern the sale of the Pronocast Pro subscription by Thibault Sardou, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), SIREN 131 822 504 (see the legal notice), to anyone who subscribes as a consumer. Use of the service remains governed by the terms of use.

2. What the subscription includes

The free account gives access to a limited number of predictions per day. The Pro subscription removes that limit: all of the day's predictions are available, as described on the Pricing page. Probabilities remain statistical estimates, with no guarantee of outcome.

3. Price

The subscription costs €9.99 per month or €79 per year. VAT is not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the displayed price is the price you pay, with no tax added.

The price of a running subscription does not change before its next renewal. Any increase is notified to you by email at least 30 days before that renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

4. Ordering and payment

You order when signing up, by choosing the Pro plan, or from the Subscription page of the app. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: Pronocast never sees or stores your card number. The subscription is formed when you confirm the payment page, and Pro access opens immediately.

The subscription renews automatically, every month or every year depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. An invoice is sent for each payment and remains available from the subscription management page.

If a payment is declined, Stripe retries it several times. Pro access is kept during those attempts, then the subscription is cancelled if none succeeds.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from the Subscription page and then “Manage subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: Pro access continues until then, and no further payment is taken.

Deleting your account also cancels the subscription, immediately. The period already paid is then not refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the start of the subscription to withdraw without giving a reason. To do so, write to contactpronocast@gmail.com stating your decision clearly.

Because Pro access opens immediately, by subscribing you expressly ask for the service to start before that period ends. If you withdraw, you then pay for the part of the service already used, calculated pro rata over the elapsed period, and the rest is refunded within 14 days of your request, by the same means of payment.

7. Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal and cases provided by law, a period already started is not refunded on cancellation. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us: we review every request.

8. Complimentary access

Pro access granted by Pronocast, for example during the beta, is free, commits you to no payment and ends on the date shown in the app. Nothing is charged at its end unless you have yourself taken out a subscription.

9. Liability

Pronocast undertakes to use reasonable means to provide the service you subscribe to, on the same terms as the terms of use (article 4). Pronocast is not betting advice and guarantees no winnings: see article 2 of those terms.

10. Personal data

Data related to your subscription is described in the privacy policy.

11. Complaints

For any complaint, write to contactpronocast@gmail.com. We reply within a reasonable time and look for an amicable solution.

12. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by French law. You keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
